These bourbons are now aged 4-5 years and are continuously moved around the distillery allowing the interaction of the liquid and the oak to work nature’s secret.
Then, once ready, it’s finished for bottling through SpiritsUSA’s QDRT: Quantum Distilling Refinement Technology.

How to Store:
Store in a cool, dark place, preferably at room temperature. Keep the bottle tightly sealed to maintain its complexity and depth of flavor.
Recipe - Alpha Manhattan:
- 1 1/2 oz Alpha Single Barrel
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 2 dashes Bitters
Half-fill a cocktail mixing glass with cubed ice. Add all ingredients and stir for 10 seconds. Strain the liquid into a glass. Add dark cherries sunk to the bottom of the glass to garnish.
